Frequently asked questions

Get the Information You Need to Start Your Journey to Confidence

  • What happens during the initial consultation?
We'll review your medical history, assess your symptoms, discuss your lifestyle, and conduct a comprehensive blood work panel to create a personalized treatment plan.
  • How often will I need appointments?
The frequency of appointments will depend on your individual needs and treatment plan. We typically recommend follow-up appointments every few weeks or months to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment as needed.
  • How long will treatment last?
The duration of treatment varies depending on your individual goals and response to therapy.
  • Do you accept Health Insurance, HSA or FSA?
We do accept HSA and FSA payment for full coverage. However, we are not in-network with any health insurance providers, so we do not accept insurance directly, but we are able to facilitate a health insurance superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We are not able to help you with this submission. Many of our clients get partial reimbursement from insurance. We do offer payment plans for a 2% surcharge as well.
  • What is bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)?
BHRT uses hormones derived from natural plant sources that are structurally identical to the hormones your body produces. This helps restore hormonal balance and alleviate symptoms associated with hormone decline.
  • Is BHRT safe?
BHRT is generally considered safe when administered under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional. We conduct thorough assessments and monitor your progress closely to ensure your safety and well-being.
  • How long does it take to see results from BHRT?
Results vary depending on individual factors, but many people start to notice improvements within a few weeks of starting treatment.
  • What are the benefits of BHRT?
BHRT can help improve energy levels, mood, sleep, libido, cognitive function, and overall quality of life.
